Bob Hartley is senior counsel to Locke Reynolds, practicing in the Business Services
Group. His areas of expertise include litigation, representation of business clients,
appellate law, administrative law and utility law. Bob has over 30 years of litigation
experience in state and federal courts including over 70 jury trials.

Securities brokers; steel, automotive parts, medical device and tool manufacturers;
computer equipment and software distributors; local government entities;
