Pat McCrory is a partner, concentrating her practice in business litigation. Pat
has represented officers and directors in a variety of matters, including tort litigation
and cases involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duties. She also advises
corporations on environmental issues before administrative agencies such as
the Indiana Department of Environmental Management as well as in Superfund
litigation. Pat has litigated on behalf of clients in over 48 reported cases as well
as numerous unreported cases and jury trials before U.S. District Courts, the
U.S. Court of Appeals and state courts.

Corporate entities; small businesses; nonprofits; nursing homes; physician practices;
entities with environmental issues such as gas stations, dry cleaners and
manufacturing operations

- Represented officers and directors in cases brought against them by the
Indiana Department of Insurance for alleged breach of fiduciary duties and
malfeasance
- Represented Fortune 500 companies in alleged breach of contract and valuation
issues
- Represented credit union in action alleging truth in lending violations
- Represented various entities in environmental matters including actions
before administrative agencies and in Superfund litigation (Indiana, Illinois,
New Jersey and Tennessee)
