Nick Pappas is a partner and a trial attorney, concentrating his practice in products
liability, commercial and motor carrier litigation. Nick is a frequent contributor
of articles and speaks on issues relating to expert witness discovery.
Client Industries:
Manufacturers and sellers of construction and agricultural equipment, automobiles,
heavy-duty trucks and engines, juvenile products and consumer electronics.
Representative Cases:
Serves as national trial counsel for a major construction and agricultural equipment
manufacturer. Defended General Motors at trial and appellate court in
Barnard v. GM, wherein Court of Appeals affirmed misuse as a matter of law and
application of comparative fault in an enhanced injury case.
