Locke Reynolds Attorney Named Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year
INDIANAPOLIS, November 2005 – Robert B. Thornburg has been selected as the Outstanding Young Lawyer for 2005 by the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (DTCI). In the last two and a half years, Mr. Thornburg has played a key role in obtaining ten defense verdicts, serving as lead trial counsel in eight of the cases. These verdicts were received for Ford, Honda, Hyundai and Kia.
DTCI is an association of Indiana lawyers who defend clients in civil litigation. Their primary mission is to assist and support members in the substantive and management aspects of their law practices by: providing a forum for members to associate and exchange ideas; advocating for members and their clients; and providing a voice of reason in government, the courts, the legal profession, and the community at large.
Mr. Thornburg is a trial attorney who defends automobile, recreational vehicle, and other products' manufacturers, distributors and retailers against product liability and warranty claims. He also defends individuals and companies in automobile accident and premises liability lawsuits.
