2007 News Releases Locke Reynolds Announces Four New Attorneys INDIANAPOLIS, November 2007 – Locke Reynolds is pleased to announce Elena B. Gobeyn, Michelle R. Maslowski, Daniel B. Strunk and Andrea M. Witcher have joined the firm. Ms. Gobeyn has joined as senior counsel, and Ms. Maslowski, Mr. Strunk and Ms. Witcher have joined as associates. Ms. Gobeyn has represented clients in all facets of litigation and has extensive experience defending insurance company clients in consumer fraud class actions, and corporate clients in securities fraud class actions and other shareholder suits. Elena has served as national counsel for insurance company clients, coordinating nationwide cases with various local counsel. Ms. Maslowski is an associate concentrating her practice in litigation. During law school, she interned at several law firms. Mr. Strunk has extensive litigation and appellate experience, including product liability defense, business litigation, trade secret and non-compete agreements, and professional discipline. Ms. Witcher is an associate concentrating her practice in litigation. During law school, she interned at several legal organizations, as well as volunteering time to First Defense Legal Aid.
