Locke Reynolds Partner Speaks at FMLA Update Seminar

INDIANAPOLIS, October 2005 – John H. Daerr was recently a speaker at the Council on Education in Management - Family and Medical Leave Act Update 2005 Seminar. Mr. Daerr discussed "Determining What Constitutes a Serious Health Condition Without Going to Medical School." The conference was held on October 18 in Indianapolis.

Daerr is a partner, a member of the Firm's Management Committee and chair of the Firm's Tort Litigation Group. He practices in the areas of tort litigation and insurance services, business litigation, and professional malpractice.
