Locke Reynolds Announces Four New Associates

INDIANAPOLIS, October 2006 – John C. Babione, Bernice A. N. Corley, Laurel S. Judkins, and Melissa J. Wray have joined Locke Reynolds as associates.

Mr. Babione concentrates his practice in complex multiparty toxic exposure litigation involving claims related to asbestos and silica. His primary focus is the defense of product manufacturers, construction contractors, and premises owners in asbestos and silica personal injury and wrongful death litigation.

Ms. Corley concentrates her practice in labor and employment. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Corley practiced family law and administrative law with Indiana Legal Services. In addition, she practiced criminal law with the Marion County Public Defender's Agency, and clerked for the Honorable Carr Darden.

Ms. Judkins concentrates her practice in government and regulatory services, school law, and labor & employment. She represents schools and public sector clients throughout the state in administrative and litigation matters, with a concentration in employment discrimination and constitutional law.

Ms. Wray concentrates her practice in healthcare. She has experience in medical malpractice, workers compensation, personal injury and general liability. Ms. Wray represents healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and hospitals. She is also a registered nurse.
