Locke Reynolds Partner Receives Award from the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel

INDIANAPOLIS, August 2006 – Alan S. Brown was named the first recipient of the Joseph R. Olshan Award at the Annual Meeting of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC). The Olshan Award is given in honor of the FDCC's long-time executive director and awarded to a leader in the organization who displays the most outstanding organizational skills and dedication to the FDCC.

The FDCC is an international organization of attorneys and corporate involved in the defense of claims and litigation and the advancement of civil justice. Mr. Brown has served on the FDCC's board of directors for six years.

Mr. Brown's practice focuses on business, contract and complex litigation and general business counseling. He has been a partner of Locke Reynolds since 1985. Mr. Brown is chair of the firm's Business Services Group, chair of its Business Litigation Group, and co-chair of its Litigation Group.
