Locke Reynolds Attorney Receives Award from the American Bar Association
INDIANAPOLIS, August 2006 – Hugh E. Reynolds, Jr. recently received the Andrew C. Hecker Memorial Award from the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) of the American Bar Association (ABA). Mr. Reynolds received the award at the ABA's Annual Meeting in Hawaii.
The Andrew Hecker Award is made on the basis of a TIPS member having consistently demonstrated, and continuing to demonstrate, the qualities of leadership, outreach, enthusiasm, professionalism and pride in TIPS and its accomplishments. Other characteristics of a potential award recipient would include dedication, persistence and the ability to motivate both groups and individuals to achieve goals in a volunteer organization.
Mr. Reynolds has been actively engaged in litigation primarily concentrating in the areas of fidelity and surety, construction law, products liability and commercial disputes. He is certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial advocate. Mr. Reynolds is also a certified mediator in the State of Indiana, and he has appeared both as counsel for parties in mediation and as a mediator. He is on the arbitrator's panel of the American Arbitration Association for construction disputes and complex commercial disputes.
