2007 News Releases Locke Reynolds Partner Selected to a Leadership Position for Seventh Circuit Bar Association INDIANAPOLIS, June 2007 – Julia Blackwell Gelinas was selected as the Indiana Chair of the Committee on Membership and Programs for the Seventh Circuit Bar Association. The primary goal of the 7th Circuit Bar Association is to work together – as lawyers and judges – to understand and address issues relating to the administration of justice within the Circuit. Membership in the Seventh Circuit Bar Association is open to any lawyer who practices in the federal courts of the 7th Circuit. Julia chairs our Appellate Group, and practices in construction, fidelity and surety, and other commercial matters, as well as the representation of lawyers before the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission. She is a former Chair of the firm's Management Committee (2000-2005).
