Locke Reynolds LLP Signs New Lease

INDIANAPOLIS, June 2008 – Locke Reynolds LLP has leased 56,000 SF in the Capital Center at 201 North Illinois Street, Indianapolis, IN. Tim O’Brien and Samuel F. Smith II of Resource Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented Locke Reynolds LLP. Dan Richardson of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord.

Locke Reynolds will occupy floors 19 – 23 at the top of the Capital Center. The firm currently occupies floors 8 – 11. “As one of Indiana’s largest and most prestigious law firms, I’m happy to see Locke Reynolds take its position at the top of the Capital Center, a cornerstone of the downtown Indianapolis business district.” says Tim O’Brien, President of Indianapolis-based Resource Commercial Real Estate.

The firm has contracted with Gensler, a leading global interior design, planning and strategic consulting firm to design the space. The move is expected to occur in December 2008.
