Four Attorneys Join Locke Reynolds LLP
INDIANAPOLIS, May 2007 – Joshua B. Fleming, James M. Matthews and Jeremy L. Reidy recently joined Locke Reynolds LLP, and Daniel D. Bobilya returns to the firm. Mr. Bobilya practiced in the Indianapolis office of Locke Reynolds until he decided to return to his home town of Fort Wayne. He rejoined Locke Reynolds after the recent opening of their Fort Wayne office. Mr. Fleming and Mr. Matthews will practice in the firm’s Indianapolis office, and Mr. Bobilya and Mr. Reidy will practice in the firm’s Fort Wayne office.
Daniel Bobilya concentrates his practice primarily in commercial litigation. He represents various corporate clients in commercial disputes including, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duties, fraud, commercial collections, shareholder disputes in closely held companies, and related business matters. Mr. Bobilya handles all aspects of these types of disputes, including initial investigations, settlement negotiations, alternative dispute resolution, motion practice, and trial.
Joshua Fleming concentrates his practice in product liability. His experience includes defending clients in litigation involving product liability and premises liability claims, complex and mass toxic tort claims, as well as general commercial claims. Mr. Fleming has experience defending manufacturers of heavy and industrial equipment, motorcycles, commercial ovens, firearms, computers and other products.
James Matthews concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation and creditors’ rights, including bankruptcy. His bankruptcy practice includes representations of creditors, debtors and committees in cases under Chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Matthews’ bankruptcy-related experience includes matters involving relief from stay, use of cash collateral and adequate protection issues, claims analysis and litigation, preferential transfer, fraudulent transfer, and other avoidance actions, and plan confirmation issues in Chapter 11 and 13 cases.
Jeremy Reidy concentrates his practice in business transactions and real estate law. He represents various corporate clients in the banking, retail, and real estate industries. Mr. Reidy handles all aspects of business and real estate transactions, including business acquisitions and formations, intercompany agreements, and real estate acquisitions. Mr. Reidy also advises businesses on planning and structuring for future growth.
