2008 News Releases Patricia Polis McCrory Elected to Committee for the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana INDIANAPOLIS, March 2008 – Patricia Polis McCrory was elected to serve on the Executive Committee for the Business Litigation Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana for 2008. The Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana is an association of Indiana lawyers who defend clients in civil litigation. Their primary mission is to assist and support members in the substantive and management aspects of their law practices. Pat McCrory is a partner, concentrating her practice in business litigation. Pat has represented officers and directors in a variety of matters, including tort litigation and cases involving alleged breaches of fiduciary duties. Pat has litigated on behalf of clients in over 48 reported cases as well as numerous unreported cases and jury trials before U.S. District Courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals and state courts.
