Locke Reynolds Names New Chief Operating Officer

INDIANAPOLIS, February 2005 – Locke Reynolds is pleased to announce Carol E. Battistini as its Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Battistini previously held the Controller position at the firm. In her new capacity, she will be responsible for the firm's accounting, human resources, facilities, information technology and marketing functions. She will also serve on the firm's Management Committee.

“Carol is a great addition to the firm's management group, where her skills in financial and corporate planning will be well utilized,” said Julia Blackwell Gelinas, Chair, Management Committee.

Ms. Battistini graduated from Crawfordsville High School, and went on to receive her B.S. in accounting and management from the University of Indianapolis in 1979. Ms. Battistini is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Hendricks County Humane Society.
