Eighteen Locke Reynolds Attorneys Named A 2008 Super Lawyer
INDIANAPOLIS, February 2008 – Locke Reynolds LLP is proud to announce eighteen of its attorneys were recently selected by their peers as a 2008 Indiana Super Lawyer.
Our 2008 Super Lawyers and the areas for which they were honored are:
Super Lawyer candidates are compiled through two primary sources: a statewide nomination process, in which lawyers are invited to nominate peers online at my.superlawyers.com; and the Star Search process, in which the research staff reviews legal trade publications, professional databases and online sources to identify outstanding attorneys who may have been overlooked in the nomination process.
Once the nomination pool is assembled, the staff evaluates each candidate based on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement: verdicts, settlements, transactions, experience, honors and awards, pro bono activity, scholarly lectures and writings, position within the firm or organization, bar activities, etc. Next, blue ribbon panels are created in more than 70 areas of practice to evaluate candidates. The panels consist of those lawyers with the highest point totals. These panelists then review a list of candidates within his or her primary area of practice. The top 5 percent of the candidates are then selected as Super Lawyers.
Congratulations to our Indiana Super Lawyers.
