Locke Reynolds Attorney Appointed Board President of Damar Services

INDIANAPOLIS, January 2005 – Julia F. Crowe , senior counsel at Locke Reynolds, was recently appointed Board President of Damar Services.

Damar Service's mission is to provide residential, educational and support services for children and adults with developmental disabilities that promote their fullest individual potential...and prepare them to live with as much independence as possible in their chosen communities.

Ms. Crowe concentrates her practice in labor and employment law with a focus on litigation. Her cases have included those brought in federal court under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as well as cases in state court involving covenants not to compete, wage and retaliation claims. Ms. Crowe also counsels employers on litigation avoidance and represents employers in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Indiana Civil Rights Commission.
