Patricia Polis McCrory Joins Locke Reynolds LLP
INDIANAPOLIS, January 2006 – Locke Reynolds is pleased to announce Patricia Polis McCrory has joined the firm as a partner. Ms. McCrory will continue to focus her practice on business litigation. She was previously a partner at Harrison & Moberly, LLP.
Ms. McCrory concentrates her practice in business litigation with an emphasis in health care matters. She has experience representing companies in environmental matters, asbestos, Reactive Airways Dysfunction Syndrome (RADS), Superfund, and toxic tort litigation. She has also represented health care facilities and physicians in various tort and negligence actions; as well as matters involving corporate dissolution and formation, issues under Stark II, the Medical Device Act, and employment and general corporate matters. Also, she has represented clients in over thirty (30) reported cases as well as numerous unreported cases and jury trials.
Ms. McCrory was voted One of the Most Influential Women in Indianapolis by the Indianapolis Business Journal in 1999. She is listed in the International Who's Who of Professionals , National Registry of Who's Who , and was named an Indiana Super Lawyer. At her previous firm, Ms. McCrory was the first female managing partner in the city of Indianapolis.
Ms. McCrory received her B.S., cum laude , from the University of Indianapolis in 1976, and her J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, Ind., in 1979, where she served as Associate Editor of Indiana Law Review.
