Four New Attorneys Added at Locke Reynolds
Including Three Former Partners from Henderson Daily
INDIANAPOLIS, January 2005 – Robert L. Hartley, B. Keith Shake and Thomas A. Withrow, formerly partners at Henderson Daily Withrow & DeVoe, joined Locke Reynolds as Senior Counsel on January 3. Anthony W. Overholt, formerly with the City of Indianapolis--Office of the Corporation Counsel, joined the Governmental Services Group as Senior Counsel on the same date.
"Locke Reynolds is starting the new year in a grand fashion," stated Julie Blackwell Gelinas, Management Committee Chair. Commenting on the newly added attorneys, Gelinas noted, "We are indeed fortunate to gain four attorneys of this caliber. We are known and respected for our business litigation work, and the addition of these particular attorneys only reinforces that position."
Robert L. Hartley focuses his practice on litigation, representation of business clients and utility law. Mr. Hartley is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations, the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and the Defense Research Institute. He received his B.A., with honors, from Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind., and his J.D., magna cum laude , from Indiana University School of Law.
B. Keith Shake focuses his practice on securities, tax, and corporate litigation. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the National Association of Securities Dealers Dispute Resolution Inc., and a Fellow of the Indiana Bar Foundation. Mr. Shake received his A.B. from Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind., and his J.D., magna cum laude , from Indiana University School of Law.
Thomas A. Withrow concentrates his practice on government contract, commercial and business litigation. He is a member of the Indianapolis, Indiana State and American Bar Associations and the American Arbitration Association. He received his B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Mich., and his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law.
Anthony W. Overholt is an experienced litigation attorney with numerous jury and bench trials in federal and state court with substantive concentration in labor, employment discrimination, general litigation, and constitutional law. He also has significant appellate experience before state appellate courts and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Overholt comes to Locke Reynolds' Governmental Services Group from the City of Indianapolis--Office of the Corporation Counsel, where he was Chief Litigation Counsel. He received his B. A. from Indiana University, Bloomington, Ind., and his J. D. from Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, Ind.
