Locke Reynolds LLP Announces Four New Partners
INDIANAPOLIS, January 2006 – Locke Reynolds is proud to announce Daniel M. Long, Melanie D. Margolin, Robert B. Thornburg and Heather L. Wilson have been named partners at the firm. All four attorneys assumed their new role on January 1st.
Mr. Long concentrates his practice in complex multiparty toxic exposure litigation involving claims related to products containing asbestos, silica, thimerosal, and chromated copper arsenic. His primary focus is the defense of product manufacturers, construction contractors and premises owners in asbestos and silica personal injury and wrongful death litigation.
Ms. Margolin concentrates her practice in business litigation. She also has a strong background in tort litigation and securities related work.
Mr. Thornburg is a trial attorney who defends automobile, recreational vehicle, and other products' manufacturers, distributors and retailers against product liability and warranty claims. Mr. Thornburg also defends individuals and companies in automobile accident and premises liability lawsuits.
Ms. Wilson concentrates her practice in employment litigation and general business counseling. She represents employers in both Federal and State court involving claims under Title VII, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), wage claims and covenants not to compete.
