Mark Roberts is a partner and chair of the Firm's Matrimonial Law Group. He also serves as a member of the Firm's Management Committee. Mr. Roberts concentrates his practice in matrimonial law, motor carrier accident litigation, attorney malpractice defense and complex personal injury litigation. Using his more than 25 years of experience in complex matrimonial law matters, Mark represents clients in pre-marital agreements, divorce litigation, custody disputes, divorce planning, child support and post-divorce issues. He also has a strong background in complex divorce litigation involving family business executives and other professionals.

In connection with his motor carrier accident litigation practice, Mr. Roberts has provided legal counsel for Republic Services, Inc., Baldwin & Lyons, Comcar Industries, RLI Insurance Company, Markel Insurance Company, Overland Transportation, and Frontier Trucking.
