Lloyd Milliken concentrates his practice in products liability, business litigation
and complex tort litigation. He is a former co-chair of the Firm’s Products
Liability Practice Group.
Lloyd has served as national counsel for AlliedSignal in safety restraint litigation.
He was Indiana counsel for General Motors (GM) in the successful litigation
against NBC arising out of the Dateline program that misrepresented the effect of
high-speed crashes on GM pickup trucks. In addition to automotive product litigation,
Lloyd has represented manufacturers of a wide variety of products
including construction equipment, hand and power tools and medical devices.
