John Daerr is a partner and chair of the Firm’s Tort Litigation group. He served
as a member of the Firm’s Management Committee from June 2002 to June
2008. He represents his clients in the the areas of motor carrier litigation, tort
litigation, business and employment litigation, and professional malpractice
defense. John has received an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
In connection with his insurance defense practice, John has provided legal counsel
for various companies such as Amerisure, American International Group,
Cambridge Integrated Services, Church Mutual, CNA Insurance Company,
Crawford & Company, Dentist's Advantage, Global Aerospace, GuideOne,
Lawyer's Protector Plan, Liberty Mutual, Markel Insurance Company, Nationwide
Insurance Company, OneBeacon, Philadelphia Insurance Company, Phoenix
Aviation, Secura Insurance Company and United States Aviation Underwriters.
