Howard R. Cohen concentrates his practice in banking and creditors' rights, corporate
and real estate law, and serves as chair of the Financial Institutions Group.
Howard represents financial institutions and insurance companies in the documentation
and workout of commercial loans, including lien foreclosure actions
and the negotiation of bankruptcy plans for reorganization, lifting of stay and
other bankruptcy and creditors' rights issues. He also has extensive experience
in regulatory matters, the purchase and sale of financial institution assets and
consumer credit. Mr. Cohen also represents a wide variety of businesses in their
contract matters and the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets.
