Dan Long is a partner of Locke Reynolds and concentrates his practice in complex
multiparty toxic exposure litigation. He has represented a wide range of
clients in claims related to asbestos, silica, thimerosal, and chromated copper
arsenic. Dan also has an active appellate practice, representing clients in appeals
on a wide range of topics from the constitutionality of Indiana's Product Liability
Act's Statute of Repose to the division of property upon dissolution of a marriage.
