Alan Brown has been a Locke Reynolds partner since 1985 and serves as Chair
of the Business Services, Business Litigation and Corporate Groups. He has 30
years of experience helping companies and entrepreneurs develop general business,
litigation and litigation-avoidance strategies. He enjoys working with growing
companies to help them identify their contract, tort and insurance risks and
institutionalize systems and practices to manage those risks. He has tried cases
in state and federal courts throughout Indiana and has argued appeals to the
Indiana Court of Appeals, Supreme Court, and 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.
